This Zara redesign was a group project that I lead. The purpose was to add a new function for the retailer, so we added TRY; a personal styling service for men & women that would allow the customer to pick up or be shipped fully stylized outfits.
For our project, we focused on a female shopper. In order for TRY to be successful, we added a style quiz, to better understand the customer’s style; whether that be their sizing, a specific style they’re looking for and the most frequent colors they’d purchase.
The customer will use Boutique to pick items they would like to receive in their upcoming TRY boxes. The stylist also uses these interactions to better understand the shopper’s tastes.
